Server/ Bartender (Must be 18+ years of age):

Must have RAMP Certification or get within 90 days of hire.

Provide exemplary customer service in the bar, restaurant, and bowling alley in the form of dining & beverage service.

Bar Security (Must be 21+ years of age):

Duties include checking ID's, collecting cover charges for special events, ensuring safety and security throughout the bar.


Kitchen Staff (Must be 17+ years of age):

Prepare & cook various menu items, based on customer requests. Maintain a clean & efficient working environment


Kitchen Manager (Must be 21+ years of age):

Must be Serve Safe Certified or get within 30 days of hire.
Run kitchen operations through strong leadership skills. Order food and other necessities to run a successful kitchen. Prepare & cook menu items based on customer requests, conduct inventories, hire and maintain a staff and write a schedule.
